2020 Mom with support from local mothers and partner organizations, held the #ACTION 4 Moms rally in at the California state capitol in Sacramento on Monday, January 29, 2018. The event featured Joy Burkhard, 2020 Mom Executive Director; Jessica Porten mother whose story went viral on Facebook, four fathers who lost wives and/or children to depression or psychosis and Jessisca Walker, an African American mother who sat on the California Maternal Mental Health Task Force.
